Sample formula review · AG1 (Athletic Greens)

AG1

6.4/ 10
Decent

A comprehensive greens powder that hides most of its doses behind proprietary blends.

AG1 does a lot at once, and the vitamins it discloses are dosed sensibly. The catch is the big blends. The superfood, herb, and probiotic complexes carry one total weight, so you cannot see how much of anything you are actually getting. For a $99-a-month habit, that is a lot to take on faith. Fine as a convenient multivitamin-plus; not the precision tool the price implies.
