LMNT Recharge

7.0/ 10
Good

A sodium-forward electrolyte mix. Great for heavy sweaters, not your daily mineral top-up.

LMNT is basically a big dose of sodium with a splash of potassium and magnesium, and for its actual job (replacing what you sweat out, or riding out low-carb) that is the point, not a flaw. Just know what it is: the 1,000 mg of sodium is deliberate and high, while the potassium and magnesium are token amounts well below a full daily dose. Do not count on it to cover your magnesium.

What works

  • 1,000 mg sodium is a real, useful dose for sweat replacement
  • No sugar, no fillers, clean label

Watch-outs

  • Potassium and magnesium are well below a daily dose
  • The high sodium is not for everyone (watch it if you manage blood pressure)
