3g wheat dextrin is at the bare minimum effective fiber dose. 1 billion CFU Bacillus coagulans is a modest probiotic addition without strain-specific evidence data. The prebiotic + probiotic concept is sound, but both components are minimally dosed. You'd get more benefit from the regular Benefiber (4g) plus a dedicated probiotic.
