Confusing product identity. Labeled as elderberry immune support but contains melatonin 1mg (sleep aid) and only 50mg elderberry extract. The elderberry dose is far too low for immune benefits (optimal 600mg+). Melatonin at 1mg is actually well-dosed for sleep, but the product's purpose is muddled. You're getting a sleep aid pretending to be an immune supplement.

Nature's Way Nature's Way Sambucus Elderberry: a solid everyday formula. Lead: Black Elder Extract at 50 mg. Confusing product identity. The primary is covered; some supporting doses sit below the studied amounts.
Sleep and immune support. The 1mg of melatonin is a fine starting point for those sensitive to sleep aids. But the 50mg of elderberry is essentially window dressing and won't offer much for your immune system. You're better off buying these ingredients separately to get effective doses.
