NOW Niacin 500mg

Cardiovascular and metabolic support. This is a classic hero product that hits the clinical dose needed for therapeutic results. It's simple, effective, and avoids unnecessary fillers. You should be prepared for the skin flush because 500mg is a significant amount of immediate-release niacin.

7.5/10
VERY GOOD

Niacin (nicotinic acid) at 500mg is well above the 50mg optimal for general B3 needs but this is clearly designed for therapeutic lipid support. At 500mg it will cause flushing. The dose-response data shows UL at 35mg for flushing concerns, but clinical lipid doses are 1000-2000mg. This is an effective therapeutic dose but requires flushing tolerance. Not ideal for general supplementation due to side effects.
