
Calcium citrate (good choice) with magnesium oxide and zinc oxide (cheap choices). Costco got the headline ingredient right and cheaped out on the supporting cast. 250 tablets though. Add separate magnesium glycinate and K2.
Calcium citrate at 500mg (good form, at minimum effective dose) paired with D3 at 800 IU (below optimal 4000 IU). But magnesium oxide at only 80mg with 4% absorption is practically useless. Zinc oxide at 10mg is adequate but poorly absorbed. Right calcium form, wrong everything else.
