Glucosamine HCl at 1500mg hits the clinical dose. Vitamin D3 at 2000 IU is solid. Boswellia (5-LOXIN) at 100mg is well below the 300mg minimum for general boswellia but 5-LOXIN is a concentrated AKBA extract where 100mg may be adequate. The chondroitin/MSM complex at 275mg is a proprietary blend far below clinical doses for either ingredient individually (chondroitin needs 800mg, MSM needs 1000mg+).

Joint health, mobility, comfort, and cartilage support.. The product provides excellent doses of Glucosamine and a premium Boswellia extract, which are strong for joint support. However, the proprietary blend for Chondroitin and MSM is a major drawback.
