- Start with 25mg to 50mg a day as supplemental phosphate. Most phosphorus already arrives through food, since it sits in nearly every protein containing meal.

- Phosphate status registers on a blood panel rather than in sensation, and it shifts over weeks. Nobody has measured an onset for a product sold under this label.

- Day one is quiet. Phosphate joins the pool your body already runs for bone mineral and cellular energy transfer, and that pool changes slowly.
- With regular use
- Over weeks it feeds the same pool that supports normal bone mineral and cellular energy transfer. Blood phosphate is tightly regulated, so the reading stays near its set point.
- How well tolerated
- Phosphate from food and ordinary supplement amounts is well tolerated. Anyone with reduced kidney function should check with a clinician first, since clearance keeps it in range.
- How it feels
- No sensation attaches to it. Phosphate does its work inside cells and in bone mineral, and the place it shows up is a blood panel.
- The overlooked benefit
