Sustained release protein for muscle recovery.. The protein blend here is well-formulated for sustained recovery by mixing fast and slow-digesting sources. I am ignoring the database's low score because it misidentified this as a multivitamin. The 22 grams of protein per scoop is a solid, effective dose for most people.
24g protein from 6 sources (whey concentrate, isolate, hydrolysate, calcium caseinate, micellar casein, milk protein) provides both fast and slow-release protein. Multi-source approach is smart for sustained amino acid delivery. However, contains corn syrup solids, artificial sweeteners (acesulfame-K, sucralose), and carrageenan. 200 calories per serving is higher than pure protein powders. Tastes great but ingredient quality could be cleaner.
