Omega-3 and fat-soluble vitamin support. You're getting less than 200mg of total Omega-3s per serving. Most studies use at least 500mg to 1000mg for heart and brain benefits. The Vitamin D level is also too low to correct a deficiency or even maintain healthy levels for most adults.
EPA at 85mg (8.5% optimal) and DHA at 100mg (20% optimal) give only 185mg combined omega-3 per softgel, which is below the 250mg minimum for cardiovascular benefit. Vitamin A at 45mcg (5% optimal) and D at 80 IU (2% optimal) are negligible. From a quality brand (Carlson), but the per-softgel dose is far too low for therapeutic benefit. You'd need 5+ softgels daily to approach clinical omega-3 doses.
