While total omega-3s are adequate for general health, the GLA dose is too low for significant therapeutic impact. It's a solid maintenance product, but not a high-potency option.

Broad-spectrum omega formula with EPA 270mg + DHA 180mg (450mg combined) plus GLA 70mg from borage oil and oleic acid. The omega-3 dosing is modest: EPA just above minimum effective but only 27% of optimal, DHA below minimum effective at 180mg. GLA at 70mg is well below therapeutic (240mg min). The breadth is nice (omega-3, 6, 9) but none reach strong clinical dosing. Jack of all trades, master of none.
