
The classic glucosamine + chondroitin + MSM joint formula. 20 years of mixed evidence. Works for some (mainly moderate-severe OA), not for others. Glucosamine at 1500mg is properly dosed. Chondroitin at 200mg is too low. HA at 3.3mg is a joke.
Glucosamine HCl at 1500mg hits optimal dose, which is the strongest anchor here. But chondroitin at 200mg is only 25% of its 800mg minimum effective dose. MSM at 750mg is reasonable (clinical range 1000-3000mg but 750 may provide some benefit). Hyaluronic acid at 3.3mg is meaningless (needs 80mg minimum). Boron at 1.5mg is below its 3mg threshold. Good glucosamine dose carries this, but the supporting cast is largely window dressing.
