The verdict
Clinically proven.
For baseline-coverage seekers.

Premium one-daily multivitamin with excellent ingredient forms. Metafolin folate, methylcobalamin B12, CoQ10 (MicroActive), K2 as MK-7 all show formulator sophistication. D3 at 2000 IU is adequate. Zinc at 25mg is strong. Selenium at 55mcg hits minimum. The limitation is fitting everything into one capsule: several support nutrients (CoQ10, ALA, lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene) have doses listed as 'not yet established' meaning they're likely token amounts. Still, the core vitamins and minerals are well-formulated.
