Dragonhead essential oil is dominated by geranial, neral and geranyl acetate, and is blended with other monoterpene oils in food and aroma work for flavour balance and oxidative stability. Monoterpene-rich oils share the same handling requirements, meaning light protection, low temperature and antioxidant carriers. This is a manufacturing pairing.
