There is a practical catch worth naming: a viscous fibre gel can slow the absorption of co-dosed lipophilic compounds, including steroidal glycosides. Separating the doses avoids the question entirely.

Wildcrafted Hoodia P57 + MCT OilP57 is an oxypregnane steroidal glycoside, a large amphipathic molecule with poor oral bioavailability.

Steroidal glycosides of this size and polarity are absorbed poorly and are subject to extensive first pass metabolism. Lipid vehicles improve the uptake of many poorly soluble steroidal compounds by supporting micelle formation and, for some, lymphatic routing. Whether this applies to P57 specifically has not been shown. It is a formulation hypothesis and should be read as one.
