Solanaceous glycoalkaloids are established cholinesterase inhibitors in laboratory work, which is the basis of the toxicity syndrome seen with high glycoalkaloid exposure from green potato. Huperzine A inhibits the same enzyme deliberately. Stacking two cholinesterase inhibitors is additive on that axis and is the wrong direction for anyone already on a cholinergic agent. This is a caution flag rather than a formulation idea.

Yellow-Fruit Nightshade + ThymeBoth are used in the same respiratory context, thyme through thymol and its volatile oil and kantakari through its alkaloid and saponin fraction.

Thyme has a documented European record as an expectorant, and kantakari occupies the same functional slot in Ayurvedic practice. Combining traditions is common in modern blends. The mechanisms are unrelated and the combination has not been tested. Read it as convergent tradition, not established synergy.
