Daily multivitamin and antioxidant support.. The database penalized this formula heavily for not hitting standalone clinical doses. But as a daily multi, it actually works quite well. You get a full spectrum of B-vitamins and perfectly balanced trace minerals like zinc and copper. The real standout is the antioxidant blend. Getting lutein, zeaxanthin, and astaxanthin in a daily formula is a premium touch for eye and cellular health. The major downside is the macrominerals. You will still need a separate magnesium supplement since 25mg is basically just a sprinkle. Also, despite the product name on the label, there is absolutely no creatine in this bottle.
Despite the name suggesting creatine, this is actually a comprehensive multivitamin with 46 ingredients. B-vitamins are well-dosed (thiamine 25mg, riboflavin 10mg, B6 10mg, B12 250mcg). Zinc at optimal 15mg and selenium at optimal 100mcg are highlights. But vitamin C at 120mg is below minimum effective, magnesium at 25mg is negligible, and the 300mg proprietary antioxidant blend is too small to be meaningful.
