This product provides a well-rounded enzyme profile for general digestive support. While it covers all macronutrients and includes bile, many specific enzyme doses are lower than what's typically considered clinically effective. It's a good starting point but lacks the potency for more significant digestive challenges.

Broad-spectrum digestive enzyme blend with good variety. Betaine HCl at 200mg is a reasonable starting dose. Ox bile at 100mg and pancreatin at 134mg provide real digestive support. Individual enzymes are modest but the multi-enzyme approach covers more digestive bases than any single enzyme. Bromelain (40mg) and papain (2mg) are heavily underdosed but serve as support.
