Basic daily vitamin and mineral coverage.. There is a massive disconnect between the testosterone-focused product name and this basic multivitamin label. What you actually get is a run-of-the-mill daily vitamin with entry-level doses. The vitamin D3 and magnesium levels fall well short of what studies show works best. And since they hide the specific forms of these vitamins, you are likely getting the cheapest and least absorbable versions.
This is actually a multivitamin complex (mislabeled as testosterone support). As a multi, it provides decent B-vitamin coverage (all at or above optimal) and solid vitamin A/E/K/folate. However, key minerals are underdosed: magnesium at 100mg (25% optimal), calcium at 140mg (14% optimal), iron at 6mg (33% minimum). Vitamin D3 at 1000 IU is at minimum effective but below optimal 4000 IU. B12 at 120mcg is below minimum effective 250mcg.
