Appears to be the same or very similar formulation as ritual-essential-for-men with premium branded forms throughout. D3 at 2000 IU, Quatrefolic folate at 1000mcg DFE, K2VITAL at 90mcg, Ferrochel iron at 18mg, DHA at 350mg. Same strengths and same weaknesses. B12 at 8mcg remains far below minimum effective. Magnesium and choline are token. Iron for men is debatable. Premium forms can't compensate for severely underdosed key nutrients.
