A foundational daily multivitamin combined with low-dose fish oil and CoQ10 for women.. They tried to fit a multivitamin, fish oil, and CoQ10 into one product. The result is a formula where almost every ingredient is severely underdosed. You barely get a fraction of your basic daily requirements for B-vitamins, zinc, and vitamin C. The fish oil dose is basically decorative. Save your money and buy a dedicated multivitamin alongside a separate fish oil supplement.
Gummy format forces massive compromises. Nearly every ingredient is severely underdosed: vitamin C at 45mg (9% optimal), zinc at 4mg (27% minimum effective), selenium at 14mcg (25% minimum), B12 at 4.5mcg (0.45% optimal), omega-3 at 186mg EPA+DHA (below 250mg minimum). D3 at 2000 IU is the one bright spot. Uses methylfolate and CoQ10 which shows good intent, but the gummy format simply can't deliver meaningful doses of this many ingredients.
