Props for using methylated B-vitamins and squeezing omega-3 into a gummy. But CoQ10 at 7mg is decoration, omega-3 at 288mg won't do much, and you're eating 6 gummies a day. Decent for pill-haters, but capsule multis deliver way more.
Gummy multi for men with methylated B-vitamins (good choice) and added omega-3 and CoQ10. D3 at 600 IU meets RDA but is below optimal. Folate at 400mcg DFE hits minimum effective in methylfolate form. But omega-3 at 288mg barely meets the 250mg minimum, CoQ10 at 7mg is a rounding error (needs 100mg+), zinc at 7mg is below optimal, and B12 at 7.2mcg is far below the 250mcg minimum effective. Better than average gummy multis, but still limited by format.
