The pairing has not been tested as a combination, and the underlying ecdysterone effect in humans is itself unsettled.
Creatine works through phosphocreatine resynthesis and cell hydration, which shares no pathway with ecdysteroid signalling. Stacking them is additive by intent rather than by mechanism. Creatine is the far better characterised of the two and should not be crowded out of a formula by the other.
