Lecithin is used in maral root products for exactly that reason. The chemistry rationale is sound, the specific gain for this molecule is not well quantified. Regard it as formulation practice with a plausible basis.
Ashwagandha and maral root appear together in stress and training blends, both carrying steroidal chemistry, withanolides in one and ecdysteroids in the other.
