No. Oat grass is the young green shoots. Oat straw is the dried stem of the mature plant. Oat straw has more research for cognitive benefits (Avena sativa extract studies). Different products.
Does oat grass contain gluten?
Potentially. While oats are naturally gluten-free, oat grass may contain gluten proteins from contamination or early grain development. If you're celiac, verify the product is tested gluten-free.
Should I buy oat grass juice instead?
