Whole-food prenatal multivitamin. Garden of Life does a great job extracting vitamins from real organic foods. This means the nutrients are highly bioavailable and gentle on a sensitive pregnant stomach. But the numbers do not quite hit optimal prenatal targets. You only get 18mg of iron and 3mg of zinc. You will definitely need to add a separate DHA and choline supplement to cover your bases.
Solid whole-food prenatal with good vitamin A (1300mcg), adequate folate (600mcg DFE), and iron at minEffective (18mg). However, Vitamin D at 900 IU is low for pregnancy, zinc at 3mg is only 37% of minEffective, selenium at 42mcg is below minEffective (55mcg), and B12 at 3mcg is negligible. The organic food blend adds micronutrient variety but individual doses are unknowable.
