A daily multivitamin designed to cover essential nutrient gaps for women.. The core vitamin and mineral coverage is quite good. You get 2000 IU of vitamin D3 and plenty of B-vitamins for daily energy support. But do not buy this for the fruit and veggie powders. Those food blends are severely underdosed marketing fluff that look nice on the label but do very little in the body.
Solid B-vitamin and mineral coverage with clinical D3 at 2000 IU and optimal zinc, selenium, and vitamin K. Held back by significantly underdosed magnesium (50mg vs 400mg optimal), low calcium (130mg vs 1000mg), and a fruit/veggie blend at only 100mg total that provides negligible amounts of each ingredient. Core vitamins are well-dosed for a women's multi, but key minerals fall short.
