It's given to babies for gas relief. It's one of the safest OTC medications. Trace amounts from manufacturing are not a concern.
Why does the label say 'anti-foam'?
Transparency. Some manufacturers list all processing aids, even those present only in trace amounts.
Does it have any health benefit?
Not at trace levels. At much higher therapeutic doses (125mg+), simethicone relieves gas and bloating. But your supplement has a tiny fraction of that.
Should I avoid supplements with anti-foam?

The common kind is a silicone made from sand-derived silicon, mixed with a fine treated powder that helps pop the bubbles. Oil-based versions do the same job starting from vegetable oil instead.
