Sodium and potassium set the gradient the Na/K-ATPase maintains across every cell membrane, and higher potassium intake increases urinary sodium loss. The two are read as a ratio rather than separately.
Sodium and calcium are handled by linked transport in the kidney tubule, so a higher sodium load raises urinary calcium excretion.
A high sodium load increases urinary magnesium loss, and both are replaced together after heavy sweat losses.
Creatine enters muscle through a sodium-coupled transporter, so sodium availability is part of how a creatine dose is taken up.

Glycine crosses the intestinal brush border partly through sodium dependent carriers that use the inward sodium gradient as their driving force. Luminal sodium is therefore part of the machinery, which is the same principle behind sodium and glucose co-transport in oral rehydration. This describes transport, not an added benefit of eating more salt.
Glutamine entry into enterocytes uses sodium coupled neutral amino acid carriers, so the sodium gradient supplies the energy for uptake. Sodium in the lumen is a condition of that transport rather than an additive effect. It is the reason rehydration formulations pair sodium with an absorbable solute.
Sodium and calcium share reabsorption handling in the renal tubule, so a higher sodium load increases the calcium that leaves in urine. A person taking calcium alongside a high salt intake is therefore losing part of what is absorbed. This is a well described renal effect and it is a reason to look at total sodium rather than at the calcium dose alone.
Caffeine causes a modest short lived increase in sodium and water excretion, while sodium intake works in the other direction by supporting extracellular volume. The two are commonly taken together in pre-exercise drinks, where the net fluid balance depends on dose and habituation. Direction of the interaction is clear; the size of it in a habitual caffeine user is not settled.
Sodium loading acts on plasma volume while dietary nitrate acts through the nitrate nitrite nitric oxide route on vascular tone, and endurance formulations often carry both. How the two combine has not been mapped, so this row is a co-formulation note at Early confidence rather than a demonstrated pairing. Nitrate also carries its own sodium when supplied as a sodium salt, which is worth counting.
