Where Green Coffee Robusta comes from.

These are coffee beans that were never roasted, because roasting destroys much of the chlorogenic acid the extract is made for. The beans are milled, soaked in water or a water and alcohol mix, concentrated gently, and then tested so the label can state a chlorogenic acid percentage. Caffeine comes along unless it is deliberately taken out.

Made from a plant. What ends up in the capsule tracks the harvest, so batch testing and a stated marker matter more here than with a made molecule.
