Glycosidase enzymes cleave the sugar units from ginsenosides in the same way gut bacteria do, and manufacturers use enzymatic treatment during processing for that purpose. A co-taken enzyme blend is a different situation from controlled processing and has not been characterised for this. Read the mechanism as established and the co-supplementation as untested.
