Suits people who spend the day on screens and want a measured pigment dose rather than a fruit powder. Older adults building an eye routine are the other group it fits.
How much to take
Start with 60mg to 162mg a day of the standardised extract as the daily maintenance band. Trials have run 300mg, which is a research condition rather than a daily target.
Time to feel it
